At The Botanical Theory, we are committed to providing you with the finest products at the best prices. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No return or refund:

Since these are personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been made.

We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

  • You received a wrong shipment
  • You received a shipment with missing products
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an expired product

How to Request a Replacement:

  • Contact our customer care team at +91 82670 30020 or mail us on hello@thebotanicaltheory.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • Our customer care team will record your request and guide you through the replacement process.
  • After verifying the complaint, the reverse pick up will be attempted within 3 working days. Once the order / product(s) is delivered back to us, replacement will be dispatched after verification and tracking details will be shared.

No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 3 days from the time of delivery of the product.

Important Guidelines:

  • Incase of missing or wrong order - an unboxing video is required for all orders.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accompanying items and documentation.
  • Evidence of the manufacturing defect (such as photos or videos) may be requested to process your replacement.
  • Replacement requests made beyond 3 working days of receipt may not be entertained.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Botanical Theory, we offer a simple and hassle-free cancellation process for all our valued customers.

  • You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped.
  • Upon successful cancellation, your entire order amount will be refunded.

When requesting a cancellation, please share your order number and relevant order details for quicker processing.

Important Notes:

  • Complete order cancellation only: We currently do not accept partial cancellations. The entire order must be cancelled.
  • Deadline: Cancellation requests must be made before the dispatch of your order.
  • Please ensure your cancellation request is placed within 24 working hours of placing the order, by 1700 hours IST.

 

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

  • Refund for cancelled orders will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 3 working days. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7-10 working days.
